Return a package tip: Always accept your shipment, even if you want to return it. It will save you double the cost of the return.

For your customer convenience, all our return policies have strict guidelines for your protection. The products include all our Stone & Marble Chess Sets and Boards, our Decorative Chess Set, Chess Board Games, Chess Game Tables, Chess Boards, and Chess Piece selections, including our Theme Chess Set selections and any other productsor assessories you purchase from us.

• Never send a package back to us without contacting us first as you may need only to return a partial shipment.
• Purchaser pays return shipping - The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with the return.
• Restocking Fee - A 15% re-stocking fee is required. The re-stocking fee is waived if the item is exchanged or used for credit for another purchase. 
• Conditions of Return - No refund of any kind can be made until the original item is received.

Process of Returning a Shipment:

• Contact us by email first within 5 days of delivery. We will give you the return address at that tiime. DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE SENDING ADDRESS as it will cause unnecessary delays.
• You will receive a return authorization (RA) number by return email. We have a 30 day return policy if you contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• To make the process more efficient, mark your RA number so that it is visible on the package to be returned. 
• Keep the original packaging to return the product in, there will be less chance of damage with the return.
• Return the package via the same carrier it was shipped to you, for tracking purposes. All ordered chess sets, boards, pieces and accessories and their components, documentation and promotional products must be returned in the exact received condition (unused).
• To protect your return we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and signature delivery on any returns made, as damaged items from the return shipping can not be accepted for a refund.  
• A very few of our products cannot be returned for any reason. We regret this but it is just not cost effective for you.
• You may elect to exchange the product you purchased for another product of equal value for up to 30 days from the time the order was placed.  Some of our Chess Sets may also be returned in exchange for a store credit of equal value.

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

We are happy to ship internationally. Fill out the appropriate form at checkout. Or email us if you do not find one. We answer with 24 hours.

Holiday Shipping

Our Christmas Holiday season is from November 15 to December 24th. Orders during that time are nonreturnable. For damages, check our Damage Policy in this section. 

Returns for other Holiday seasons follow the normal return policy.

Note: Products may ship in separate packages, from different warehouses and may arrive separately for our customers convenience.

• At times, one of our warehouses may be out of part of the order, and we have to order it from another warehouse.
• You will be informed with tracking information. We handle the process and notify you. 

• Contact us by phone: Immediately - If you need to cancel or change your order. The faster you contact us, the more time and money it will save you.
• CALL right away: Send an email also to act as receipt and verification that you notified us.  
  
  • If your order has been processed (paid for), but not shipped, and you want to cancel, you will be charged $5.00 for processing.
  • If your order has been shipped, our Return Policy (in this section) is followed.
• Timing is important: This charge does NOT refer to changes in your order before shipping. We are more than glad to assist you in a change of order, free of charge, if it has not been shipped.
