What are your Shipping Rates?

• Our Chess Boards, Chess Pieces and Theme Chess Sets will ship next business day, excepting holiday traffic. If you get your order in by 10 am, orders will go out the same day. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
• Our Stone and Marble Chess Sets ship within 1 business day.
• We now offer UPS calculated shipping. We do not add fees to cover any adjustments that UPS may make at the time of shipping. What You See is Only What UPS Charges.

Is your Ordering Process secure?

Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection. SSL means we have the most "bullet-proof" security available on the internet. We wouldn't feel secure without using ultimate security, and we know that you wouldn't either.

What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?

Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
